ConsumerBase Taps Howard Breen to Chair Advisory Board

Experienced Executive to Lead Company’s Strategic Direction

EVANSTON, IL /December 13, 2007/ —ConsumerBase has selected Howard Breen to chair its Advisory Board. Breen has been a ConsumerBase Advisory Board member for the past two years.

Breen is currently Chairman and Chief Executive of MacLaren McCann Canada in Toronto. He brings with him more than 25 years of experience in the advertising industry that includes the position of Chairman and Chief Executive of North America for Young & Rubicam.

ConsumerBase CEO, Larry Organ, released a statement in which he stated, “I am pleased to see a good friend and trusted advisor accept this position. Howard and I have a history of working well together and ConsumerBase will be a better company with him in this role.”

The Advisory Board of ConsumerBase meets on a quarterly basis and guides the company in its strategic and organizational direction.

Breen’s official title will be Chair, Advisory Board and he will assume duties effective January 2, 2008.
